Material preparation

Beads, shells, chains and other decorative elements are considered in relation to the intended shape, color palette and overall design.

Assembly by hand

Selected elements are assembled and finished with attention to the design brief, from surface details to the bag’s overall silhouette.

Review the sample

Use the sample stage to review shape, size, materials and key finishing details. The agreed direction helps guide the production brief.
